Job Description The API Gateway Team Our team is responsible for several levels of message processing starting from basic service level gateway functions like routing, security, throttling, through to more complex integration with legacy systems and finally complex federated services routing between multiple datacenters and cloud providers. Every day we process 1.5 billion transactions, with a peak of 20 thousand transactions per second. If you want to be a part of a team that manages large and scalable systems, if you are open minded and if you like challenges then do not hesitate to apply for this position Java Developer in Test Responsibilities Under general supervision, debugs moderately complex software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Design, code and execute automated test scripts. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Develops and executes software test plans. Documents and tracks product testing results. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Conducts functional and test process consulting and coordinates testing groups. May conduct training on use of automated tools and processes. Job Requirements Desired skills : Experience: 2 years in testing application software Experience in software testing automation Programming experience in Java Programming and scripting related experience (e.g. python, bash) Experience with XML (e.g. xsd, xpath) Knowledge of webservices testing tools (e.g. SoapUI, jMeter) Experience with Webservices (SOAP, REST) Capable of working independently and with developers Demonstrates initiative Good communication skills in English, written and verbal Very good interpersonal skills Quick learner Analytical thinking Setting and achieving goals Additional (nice to have) assets: Knowledge of Linux operating system (user level) Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. TestNG, STAF) Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL) Knowledge of NoSQL databases (eg.
